Distribution box installation requirements




The raw materials of the distribution box are made of non-flammable materials. In production sites and offices with low risk of electric shock, open distribution boards can be installed; in processing workshops, casting, forging, heat treatment, etc. Boiler rooms, woodworking rooms and other places should install closed cabinets; in dangerous workplaces with conductive dust or flammable and explosive gases, closed or explosion-proof electrical facilities must be installed; all electrical components in the distribution box , Instruments, switches and lines should be neatly arranged, firmly installed, and easy to operate.

The bottom surface of the distribution box installed on the floor should be 5~10 mm higher than the ground; the center height of the operating handle is generally 1.2~1.5m; there are no obstacles within the range of 0.8~1.2m in front of the board (box); the connection of the protection line is reliable; There should be no exposed bare conductors outside the box); the electrical components that must be installed on the outer surface of the board (box) or the distribution board must have reliable shields to avoid unnecessary dangers.
